Advance notice enables us to allocate your appointment slot to another client who may be on our waiting list.
Should you fail to attend your scheduled booking or provide less than 24 hours' cancellation notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of your treatment cost will be applied. We appreciate your understanding that this policy protects the value of our practitioners' time and ensures we can maintain excellent service standards for all clients.
To ensure we can serve all our clients effectively, we operate a comprehensive confirmation system. We will send you a text message confirmation the day before your scheduled appointment, requesting you respond with 'Y' to confirm, or telephone us should you need to make changes. If we don't receive your confirmation, we'll attempt to contact you by phone. Without confirmation or contact, your appointment slot may be offered to the next client on our waiting list.

A patch test involves treating a small area of each body region you wish to have treated, enabling us to determine the optimal laser settings for your skin type. This also assesses your skin's response to the laser and identifies any potential adverse reactions. The patch test is provided at no charge. Please ensure you have not applied self-tanning products, fragranced items, or aerosols to the treatment area prior to your patch test.

Once you commence your full treatment programme (8 treatments) with us, your pricing is secured for life, regardless of any future price increases. Any unused voucher value expires one year from the date of issue. To use, simply present the Gift Voucher for full or partial payment at the time of purchase.
