Clinic Policy

Clinic Policy.

01

Clinic Etiquette

  • When to Arrive — Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in. New clients should arrive 15 minutes earlier to complete a 'New Client' Consultation Form.
  • Running On Time — It is the clinic's standard practice (policy) to run to time.
  • Late Arrivals — If you arrive late, the duration of your treatment will be reduced, as the session must still finish at the scheduled time to ensure the next client is not delayed.
02

Cancellation Policy

  • Required Notice — The clinic requires 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange all appointments.
  • Late Cancellation Fee — If you give less than 24 hours' notice, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the original service booked will be charged.
03

Confirmation of Appointments

  • Your appointment will be confirmed by text message one day prior to your scheduled time. You will be asked to reply 'Y' to confirm or phone the clinic to change the appointment.
  • If you do not reply, the clinic will call you. If they are unable to reach you or do not hear from you, your appointment slot may be offered to the first client on their waiting list.
04

Courses and Programmes

  • Validity — Pre-paid courses and programmes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. (Note: some courses run for 12 months.)
  • Expiry — Any unused treatments are forfeited if the course goes beyond its expiry date.
  • Transferability — Treatments within a course are not transferable to another person.
  • No Shows / Late Cancellation — For course treatments, a 'No Show' or an appointment cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the treatment being considered redeemed (forfeited).
